메모와 로컬 저장
Memo 제작자는 메모 제목, 본문, 서식, 태그, 폴더, 체크리스트를 메모 저장 목적으로 서버에 수집하지 않습니다. 메모와 설정은 사용자 컴퓨터의 SQLite 저장소에 보관됩니다. 기본 폴더는 Windows 사용자 계정의 LocalAppData 아래 Memo 폴더이며, 사용자가 다른 저장 위치를 선택할 수 있습니다. 저장 위치 안내 파일은 기본 폴더에 남을 수 있습니다.
JSON 백업과 TXT 추출 파일은 사용자가 지정한 위치에 저장됩니다. 앱 자체에서 메모와 백업을 암호화하지 않으므로 저장 폴더와 백업 접근 권한을 보호하세요. 앱 제거는 메모 데이터를 유지하도록 설계되었습니다. 완전히 지우려면 앱 종료 후 저장 폴더와 별도 백업·추출 파일을 직접 삭제해야 합니다. 중요한 기록은 별도로 백업하세요.
인터넷 연결과 소개 사이트
메모 작성과 로컬 저장은 인터넷 없이 가능합니다. 앱 실행 시 HTTPS로 최신 버전 정보만 확인할 수 있으며 메모 내용, 장치 식별자나 사용 통계를 요청에 담지 않습니다. 연결 실패 시 메모 사용은 계속 가능합니다. 웹사이트와 업데이트 서버의 호스팅 업체는 일반적인 요청 처리 과정에서 IP 주소와 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
이 소개 사이트에는 메모 편집·저장 기능과 별도의 사용 분석·광고 추적 도구를 넣지 않았습니다. 언어 선택은 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 보관되며 사이트 데이터를 지우면 초기화됩니다.
피드백과 개인정보 요청
피드백은 사용자가 직접 제출한 폼 응답과 첨부 자료를 Google Forms를 통해 Memo 제작자가 확인하는 방식입니다. 오류 확인, 기능 개선과 필요한 문의 답변에 사용합니다. 메모 원문, 비밀번호 등 민감한 정보를 보내지 마세요. 답변이 필요하지 않은 의견에는 연락처를 포함하지 않아도 됩니다.
피드백 내용의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 아래 한국어 폼으로 보내주세요. 제출 시점과 제목 등 응답을 찾을 수 있는 최소한의 정보를 알려주세요. 필요한 경우 본인 확인을 안내하며, 다른 사람의 응답은 제공하지 않습니다. 이 요청은 로컬 메모를 제작자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
응답은 개선 및 문의 처리에 필요한 범위로 보관하고 불필요해진 개인정보는 삭제하는 것을 운영 원칙으로 합니다. 제작자가 관리하는 폼 응답과 별도로 내보낸 사본에 삭제 요청을 반영합니다. Google 자체 기록과 호스팅 기록에는 각 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

Notes and local storage
The Memo developer does not collect note titles, text, formatting, tags, folders or checklists on a server for note storage. Notes and settings stay in a SQLite database on your computer. The default folder is Memo under your Windows account's LocalAppData directory. You can choose another storage folder; a storage-location pointer may remain in the default folder.
JSON backups and TXT exports are saved where you choose. Memo does not encrypt notes or backups itself. Protect access to your storage folder and backups. Uninstalling is designed to preserve notes. To remove all data, close the app and delete its storage folder and separate backups and exports. Keep separate backups of important notes.
Internet access and this website
Writing and local saving work offline. At launch the app may request a small HTTPS release manifest without note contents, device identifiers or usage analytics. Failed requests do not stop note use. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and connection information when serving the website or update requests.
This introduction website does not edit or store notes. We have not added separate usage analytics or advertising trackers. Language selection is saved in browser local storage; clearing the site's browser data resets it.
Feedback and privacy requests
The Memo developer receives form answers and attachments you choose to submit through Google Forms to investigate bugs, improve features and respond when necessary. Do not submit private notes, passwords or sensitive information. Suggestions that need no reply do not need contact details.
Use the English form below to request access, correction or deletion of your feedback. Provide minimal identifying details such as the submission date and subject. We may request verification and will not disclose another person's response. This does not send locally stored notes to us.
Our operating policy is to retain responses only as needed for improvements and support, and delete personal information when no longer needed. Deletion requests cover responses we manage in Google Forms and separately exported copies. Google's own records and hosting records are subject to their respective policies.
